Tio Armijos

I crossed the equator 7 times yesterday during 14 hours of travel to visit a very special (and delicious) cacao grove. Here I am with Jose Armijos who is one of the co-owners of this beautiful cacao grove of Ecuador’s cacao nacional. One of the bars I’m creating will be made from these trees and is named Tio Armijos after him.

Yesterday in my beautiful Ecuador, I crossed the Ecuador seven times during a 14 hour trip to visit a very special (and delicious) place. Here I am with Jose Armijos, one of the co-owners of this cute national cacao plantation. One of the bars I am creating will be made with the cocoa from these trees and will be called Uncle Armijos in his honor.
